Zijin Hotel Belgrade

Really enjoyed its very good and really kind staff.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were amazing, great and convenient location just next door to " new Belgrade, recreation green areas, and most foreign business offices.

It was a well-equipped place to stay with an in-house restaurant, truly enjoyed everything.

I travel a lot to Belgrade, and in my opinion this hotel is best value for money. A beautifully designed city hotel with very kind and helpful stuff. Great choice of dishes for breakfast!! From now on, this will be my choice when staying in Belgrade.

it was a comfortable and cool hotel in a good area, just next door to the new belgrade, zemun's quay, where is beautiful, and nice restaurants by the river. everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were not very friendly. i had superior room that also was complete with wifi, separate beds, for example. i came here for 6 nights and had a relaxing stay.

The hotel had only been open 1 week, so everything was new. The staff were helpful and the restaurant menu was vey varied. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful, when at the airport i realised I had left my mobile phone in my taxi. She contacted the company and got the taxi driver to drop the phone to airport just in time for my flight. Excellent and i was very grateful.

As the hotel was new a few things were unfinished. When I checked in I was told they had a spa,sauna etc. on 9th floor, (one of the reasons I booked it) however when I went to use it i was told it would not be open for another week or so !! They were still doing construction in the restaurant area. I ordered food and bearing in mind I was the only person eating, the venison with my main dish was luke warm at best. I also struggled to get hot water in my room.

I enjoyed its spacious and silent rooms.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the center of the New Belgrade, and public areas. Polite staff, quiet atmosphere, everything was great. I was there for 6 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner.

A breakfast to remember

Woke up each morning to a lavish breakfast spread that felt mad really like a grand feast. Staff were attentive and always ready to assist.

I encountered a lengthy check-out process that tested my patience. Waiting almost 20 minutes felt excessive, especially after a pleasant visit.

Cold water in the shower, have told the staff but ended up showering at 5:30 in the morning with cold water

Service is very good, breakfast service is one of the best I ever had in Belgrade.

The design of the hotel is to much "bright and shiny" something like that I would except on Ibiza or on an other lifestyle location, but not in New Belgrade where most of the visitors come for business ... But that`s just my personal opinion.

Modern spa facilities, spacious underground parking, unique interior design

Check-in efficiency could seriously improve!!! Housekeeping inconsistencies left much to be desired, with missing supplies and unresponsive service during busy times!!! Those glass walls in the bathroom? A huge privacy concern!!!

Excellent breakfast buffet!

This was just a reliable pick for a short layover in Belgrade with extraordinarily good value for money. The restaurant menu was great, and the food I tried was really tasty and well prepared. If possible, request a room with a window you can open for fresh air.

The hotel's decor was fine, combining modern elegance with warm colors. The accessible pathways and comfortable seating throughout.

More assistance with luggage during rainy weather.

The Superior Double Room offered really good comfort with a plush bed that ensured restful nights. The varied breakfast spread, with fresh options and local specialties, was a good start to each day. The staff were approachable and attentive. The location felt somewhat removed from the central attractions and the traffic nearby could be a bit congested at times, which may not suit those seeking vibrancy right outside the door.

Great stay with comfy beds!

Had a blast! The room was super spacious and the bed? So comfy! Really enjoyed the spa access too. Breakfast was a highlight-so many jams to choose from! Only thing was I missed a reading light by the bed. But honestly, the atmosphere was really chill and relaxing.
